Strategic Partner Manager, News Partnerships Central Europe | With a total of 16 countries, Central Europe (DACH / Benelux / CEE) is one of the strongest markets in the EMEA region, but at the same time also offers regions with great growth potential for Facebook, Instagram and Meta's family of apps. Close relationships with the C-level and senior editorial staff in publishing houses and broadcasters made it possible to sustainably improve the sentiment towards Meta, so content partnerships in the area of video and news could be implemented quickly and successfully. One example is the extensive deal with Axel Springer, which was negotiated directly with the Meta leadership team on the basis of my briefings; after the contract was signed, I was in charge of implementation and leading the global XFN team. My work was characterised by complex processes, with external and internal stakeholders; my success was always the team's achievement. I was able to expand my already excellent connections in the industry on a European level, working closely with teams in the rest of Europe, MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa.
